We use PayPal as our credit card processor. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Just choose "I do not have a PayPal account" during the checkout process, and you can checkout as a guest.
American-Wholesaler Inc. is never in possession of your credit card or other payment method. We use PayPal to handle all the financial transactions and/or refunds.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us (firstname.lastname@example.org)
You must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA #) from us prior to returning any item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.
We will replace any item that arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us at email@example.com to report any defective or damaged item.
If you are returning an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service. It is advisable that you purchase shipping insurance for the declared value in case of carrier damage or loss.
